It’s March, and that brings all kinds of madness to Indiana! First, there’s the weather. We hit an all time high last week (or was it earlier this week). Anyhoo, I won’t be the least bit surprised if we don’t have at least one snowfall sometime in the next couple of weeks. And, then, Indiana feels like it’s home to March Madness. If you’re not into basketball, you may wonder what that is. It’s like the Super Bowl of college basketball. That begins soon. I remember teachers at the end of the hall decorating their hall bulletin board with the chart of all the teams playing. I can’t even think of what that chart was called, if anything. Of course, there’s the old saying, “March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb” or vice versa. When I was a kid, I really paid attention to that, telling myself the worst was over if it had come in like a lion. I was/am deathly afraid of windstorms, especially tornadoes.
10 on the 10th…
So, I’m taking the easy way out on this one. I promise you I will come up with something really and truly over the top for April (hahaha…I also have a bridge to sell you if you believe that). This month is all about green. For my friends in the Southern Hemisphere, I know you’ll probably soon be looking at all things orange, crimson and yellow. But, cast your minds back to your springtime. The prompt, however, doesn’t have to be at all about spring! It’s about being green or loving green or even just tolerating it! I hope you’ll participate and join in on all the fun. There will also be a link party on the 10th! Remember, your posts don’t have to specifically be 10 on the 10th posts.
