I don’t like the Fourth of July. There, I said it. As I type this, I’m hoping all the fireworks and whatever have been used up. It rained and stormed on the Fourth, but that didn’t stop people in the neighborhoods around us from shooting off theirs. Legally, they can start the day before and go until the day after a holiday like the Fourth. And, they can go until 1:00am, I think, on those days. Honestly, I’m pretty sure a lot of them are illegal because our house literally shakes when some of those big boomers go off. Don’t quote me on this, but I think people who purchase these just have to sign a paper saying they’re not going to let them off in the state…wink, wink. Jack seemed to have tolerated them much better this year. I’m wondering if that’s because we’ve had such loud thunderstorms, and he just thinks it’s another one of those. Anyhoo, that brings me to the 10 on the 10th for July. Last year, since we were well and truly in the dog days (or is it dog daze) of summer in the Northern Hemisphere, I went with a dog theme. But, I am, after all, more a cat lover than a dog lover, I thought we’d give the cats their day on the old blog! So, without further ado…

This is for the cat lovers out there! The feline fans can all chime in. Let me know about a favorite cat, cat food, cat commercial. It doesn’t matter. And, if you can’t make it to ten, it’s no big deal! I have a feeling this may be difficult for me to finish, too! Don’t forget there will be a link party, too!
Thank you!
