Week 125!
We had False Fall a few weeks ago, but I think true Fall may be close! I need to start cleaning up the backyard and getting plants ready for the winter. I have already decided what flowers I’m not planting next year! Looking at you, begonias of any kind! Anyway, welcome to the Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot! Look for the link up to go live Thursdays at 9:30pm EDT. Sue’s post goes live in Australia on Friday at 12:30 pm. Sue has returned from her European trip but is off on another in her homeland. I think she’ll be back next week.
As part of our new year reboot, we are now shining the spotlight on a different blogger each week. We invite you to stop by their blog, take a look around and say hello! This week, we spotlight Lydia from Where the Wild Things Are!

Lydia says, “I have a travel blog, Holidays, Hellidays and the Journeys in between. Some of these have been featured in Real Family Travel Magazine. Where the Wild Things were covers pretty much everything, from activities in the Torschlusspanik list to parenting. A side line in ageing and nostalgia.” You can find Lydia here, and please tell her we sent you!
Wouldn’t you like to know more about your hostesses? We’ve got you covered there! Please feel free to drop by the others to see what their blogs are all about! We are a very diverse group of bloggers. Links to each blog appear below.

Marsha from Marsha in the Middle started blogging in 2021 as an exercise in increasing her neuroplasticity. Oh, who are we kidding? Marsha started blogging because she loves clothes, and she loves to talk or, in this case, write!
Melynda from Scratch Made Food! & DIY Homemade Household – The name says it all, we homestead in East Texas, with three generations sharing this land. I cook and bake from scratch, between gardening and running after the chickens, and knitting!
Lisa from Boondock Ramblings shares about the fiction she writes and reads, her faith, homeschooling, photography and more.
Sue from Women Living Well After 50 started blogging in 2015 and writes about living an active and healthy lifestyle, fashion, book reviews and her podcast and enjoying life as a woman over 50. She invites you to join her living life in full bloom.

Fall is here for us I’d say. Tonight we are even getting a freeze!! That’s a lot of highlights! We might have couple of the same ones!

It’s always a good one!
Thanks again for hosting (I had to remember that I was forced to make a new account and had of course forgotten my new password 😉 ), have a lovely weekend!
Hahaha!!! You sound like me. I’m constantly having to change passwords for one reason or another. I’m glad you linked up!
Begonias are hard! I, too, have been lured by their beauty.
Well, if you can’t grow them, I’m in trouble. I have tried every kind, and they will grow for a bit and then just give up the ghost! I think I’m going to break down and plant marigolds next year. I am not a fan, but bunnies aren’t either!
Have a great weekend Marsha! Thanks for the link up!
xo,
Kellyann
You are welcome, Kellyann! Thanks for linking up!
I can’t click the favorites of last week?
Thanks for hosting btw 😉 .
I will check on that. Thanks for letting me know! And, you are welcome for the party!
I’ve said at least a 1/2 dozen times that I need to clean up the garden stuff and outdoor furniture now that it feels like fall has fially arrived.
I feel you, Joanne! I’m the same way. I don’t have that much to do, but getting the dead plants out of the pots is the worst. But, they haven’t died yet. I wonder if that would be easier!
Wow! I am chuffed! Thank you. That’s so nice….what a great way to start the weekend – with a big smile!
Aww, you are welcome, Lydia! We are so glad you link up with us!
It’s always nice when fall is finally settling in for good! I had to laugh at your note about begonias. I’ve had a few plants on my ‘never again’ list, too. And thank you so much for featuring my Sleeves, Leaves, and Pet Peeves post as one of the favorites from last week’s link-up. I really appreciate the shout-out!

You are so welcome, Rena! I’m glad you linked up with us! I loved that post and agreed with a lot of them. I say I won’t buy begonias, but guess what I’ll end up buying…begonias! I’m not very original, but I like pink flowers! And, the bunnies don’t seem to bother them. The sun definitely does!
Thanks for the party, Marsha! We’re sharing #52 today and, as always, so happy to be here! Have a wonderful weekend!
You are so welcome, Laura! I’m glad you are here, too! Have a fabulous week!
It’s still really mild here. I don’t think the plants and birds know what time of year it is! Thanks for the link up, I hope you’re having a good weekend!

It has only just begun to cool down here. But, it has been so dry. I think we’ve had less than three inches of rain since August. I am hoping we have a super wet winter. You are very welcome for the link up! I’m so glad you joined us, Emma! Have a wonderful week!
