Week #57!

How has your week been? The weather here has been sunny and rainy, just exactly what you expect for April in Central Indiana. Lots of my perennials are blooming. I did have to cover my roses and creeping phlox a time or two as we had frost. Next week, we’re supposed to warm up significantly. I’m finally on the mend with this cold, and, luckily, Nigel has only had a bit of sniffle. Thank goodness! We all know about man colds, right?
The four of us would like to see the Weekend Traffic Jam grow bigger, so please link up your favorite posts! I’m especially looking at my fashion friends! I am glad that you are finally feeling better! I am happy to hear that Nigel seems to be keeping it at bay. It’s been so cold and frosty here too in the mornings. I am worried because I get my David Austin delivery soon and I want my roses to stay alive. Lol.
Isn’t the mushroom outfit amazing? Shelbee is a master (or is she a mistress) of fashion! Yes, I’m feeling better but still have the hacking cough. It’s just enough that I get an evil eye from others when I’m out and about. My David Austins have buds that look like they’ll soon be flowers! I just love them. I really want a couple more, but I don’t know where to put them. I bet you could just put them in your garage or a shed and that would be enough until you can plant them.

We’ve had some great weather here today so I am trying to get the boys outside more! I am going on a hike with a friend in just a bit while it is still cool.

We had really nice cool but sunny weather last week. This coming week is going to be much warmer and a little stormy. But, that’s OK. I love thunderstorms!
