Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot!

Week #58!

Welcome to another edition of Weekend Traffic Jam. Look for the link up to go live Thursdays at 9:30pm EDT. Melynda, from Scratch Made Food! & DIY Homemade Household, Lisa, from Boondock Ramblings, and Sue, from Women Living Well After 50 and I are the hostesses for the Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot. Sue’s post goes live in Australia on Friday at 12:30 pm.

How has your week been? Oh, the weather here has been glorious! We have had nice warm days with rain at night. My rose bushes actually look like they could be blooming soon. My hibiscus which looked completely dead last summer is sprouting. I feel like I should be busting out in song, except that’s June not May! My cold is gone, and Nigel didn’t get it…hurray!

The four of us would like to see the Weekend Traffic Jam grow bigger, so please link up your favorite posts! I’m especially looking at my fashion friends! We are woefully underrepresented in the link up! They can be fashion, DIY, food, lifestyle, travel, you name it! Please visit the other co-hosts as well as two or three of those linked! You just might discover a new blog. I know that’s how I’ve discovered so many and found new friends. And, please spread the word about Weekend Traffic Jam

So glad that you got over your cold and Nigel avoided it

    • It has been a bit warmer than I like, but that’s just the way it is these days. Oh, I cannot tell you how glad I am he didn’t get this cold! It would not have been pretty!

      Thanks, Lisa!

  3. Sounds like everything is blooming and thriving there! So glad you are feeling better and didn’t pass your cold onto Nigel. Thank you for hosting this wonderful party each week.

    • Thanks, Joanne! It never really got brown here this winter which is scary, I think. And, I’m so glad Mike didn’t get that cold…it would have been even more miserable!

  4. Oooooh, the ducks are so cute and I’m also never immune to a good pasta dish! Love the snippets that you shared with us! <3

    • I’m so glad you are linking up with us! It is going to be quite beautiful here in Central Indiana, too. I’m looking forward to planting some perennials this weekend.

      Thanks, Laura!

  8. We’ve had some really nice weather here too and rain has been well timed about from my long run yesterday: nothing like getting caught in the rain and getting all the way soaked through!

    • Oh, I didn’t used to mind walking in the rain, but I can’t stand getting rain on my glasses. We are going to have a beautiful week, and I hope you do, too!
