Week 155!
I’m sorry for getting this out so late. Life has been full, and I am just kinda treading water right now. Due to the lateness, I am not going to have any featured favorites this week, but I will do two weeks’ worth next week, OK? Anyway, it’s time for the Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot! I am always aiming for 9:30 pm EDT. So, on with the show, right?
As part of our new year reboot, we are now shining the spotlight on a different blogger each week. We invite you to stop by their blog, take a look around and say hello! This week, we spotlight Gina of The Cannary Family.

Gina says, “ My blog is my little corner of the web where I write about my family and home – the two most important things to me. Its not meant as an example of “how to do it”, rather a place to share my family’s life with whomever cares to read about it. For that reason, you will notice it is not monetized or sponsored in any way. I love all of the positive comments I get and I love following other blogs, too! So if you are here in my little corner of the world, cheering me on and celebrating life with me, thank you! You will likely have noticed that the focus of my posts have shifted as my life has. I think its interesting to write about how a family changes over the years, and that’s the title of this blog after all. I also write a blog about my thoughts at It’s Just Me, Gina, where I do a fair amount of rambling. Read along if you like, don’t if you don’t want to. I am thankful to have had a platform to journal about my life for all these years. You can find Gina here, and please let her know we sent you!

Want to know more about us…
Marsha from Marsha in the Middle started blogging in 2021 as an exercise in increasing her neuroplasticity. Oh, who are we kidding? Marsha started blogging because she loves clothes, and she loves to talk or, in this case, write!

Hi, Marsha – I hope things get easier for you and Nigel! Thanks for the linkup – Angie, http://www.yourtrueselfblog.com
Thanks for hosting the party Marsha! Have a great weekend.
You are welcome, Nancy! I hope your weekend is warm and sunshiny!
I sure hope you’ll get a timeout soon!
Have a nice weekend, Marsha, and hopefully a bit of rest.
Thanks, Cat! It’s my own fault because I am the Queen of Procrastination! I even missed bell practice at our church because I’m so befuddled with dates and such now that Mike’s surgery is finally set.
I am feeling you, Marsha! We have been so busy lately as well, I feel like I can’t catch my breath. My calendar is filled with all the kids’ events and now Archie’s work schedule. I thought it would get easier the older my children got, but it just gets demanding in a different way. Mom’sUber at your service! LOL
Thanks for hosting the party. I hope you can relax some over the weekend.
Shelbee
You’re welcome, Shelbee! I know exactly what you mean about running an Uber service. Of course, we didn’t have Ubers back when I was running my kids here, there, and everywhere. But, I loved the conversations we would have in the car. I also loved embarrassing them by cranking the music up loud and car dancing as we drove down a busy street! It will get easier and easier until it’s all of a sudden super duper quiet at your house. But, you have a bit to get to that point!
Thank you for the feature, Marsha! Treading water is an apt description of my week, too! So many plans, no little get up and go! (: What we need here is some sun to kickstart things.
You are so welcome, Gina! I’m so glad I discovered your blogs! I will try to remember to check in on them! My husband told me the other day that when I make up my mind to do something, I zoom about getting it done. It’s that making my mine up to do it that gets me down! Hope you have a wonderful Mother’s Day!
Tell me about it! I just posted my post as I am still having issues with the scheduler. This has been a crazy busy week with some good and bad thrown in! Hope you have a peaceful weekend!

I swear…there is always something going on with WordPress! I can’t actually access my site from the hosting platform. I have to do a little finagling. As long as that works, I’m OK. I hope you have a wonderful Mother’s Day, Mireille!
Happy Mother’s Day!
Life can get crazy, right??
For today’s party, I am linking up # 42, 43 and 44!!!
Thanks so much for hosting this wonderful party!! I really appreciate the time and effort that goes into it along with visiting all the links!! I hope you are having a great week!!
Hugs,

Happy Mother’s Day to you, Deb! You are so right. Life is just so hectic, and I’m so stressed. But, I just need to take a deep breath and know it’s all going to be fine. Thank you so much for always linking with us. We love having you join us!
Treading water is a good way to describe my life last week, too! I spent the week with my oldest daughter and her family while her husband traveled. By the end of the week, I was pooped! LOL! Thanks so much for another great party, Marsha! I hope you’ve had a great weekend and I wish you a wonderful week ahead, too!
Thanks, Laura! I don’t know…I think I’d be underwater at times! It’s been a while since I’ve watched over little ones. I hope you have a relaxing week!
