Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot!

Week 155!

I’m sorry for getting this out so late. Life has been full, and I am just kinda treading water right now. Due to the lateness, I am not going to have any featured favorites this week, but I will do two weeks’ worth next week, OK? Anyway, it’s time for the Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot! I am always aiming for 9:30 pm EDT. So, on with the show, right?

As part of our new year reboot, we are now shining the spotlight on a different blogger each week. We invite you to stop by their blog, take a look around and say hello! This week, we spotlight Gina of The Cannary Family.

Gina says, “ My blog is my little corner of the web where I write about my family and home – the two most important things to me.  Its not meant as an example of “how to do it”, rather a place to share my family’s life with whomever cares to read about it.  For that reason, you will notice it is not monetized or sponsored in any way.  I love all of the positive comments I get and I love following other blogs, too!  So if you are here in my little corner of the world, cheering me on and celebrating life with me, thank you! You will likely have noticed that the focus of my posts have shifted as my life has. I think its interesting to write about how a family changes over the years, and that’s the title of this blog after all.  I also write a blog about my thoughts at It’s Just Me, Gina, where I do a fair amount of rambling.  Read along if you like, don’t if you don’t want to.  I am thankful to have had a platform to journal about my life for all these years. You can find Gina here, and please let her know we sent you!

Want to know more about us…

Marsha from Marsha in the Middle started blogging in 2021 as an exercise in increasing her neuroplasticity.  Oh, who are we kidding?  Marsha started blogging because she loves clothes, and she loves to talk or, in this case, write!

Melynda from Scratch Made Food! & DIY Homemade Household  – The name says it all, we homestead in East Texas, with three generations sharing this land. I cook and bake from scratch, between gardening and running after the chickens, and knitting!

Lisa from Boondock Ramblings shares about the fiction she writes and reads, her faith, homeschooling, photography and more.

Cat from Cat’s Wire is a bookworm, movie fan, crazy cat lady, armed with beads, cabs, wire and a very jumpy brain which loves to go down rabbit holes!

Rena from Fine, Whatever writes about style, midlife, and the “fine whatever” moments that make life both meaningful and fun. Since 2015, she’s been celebrating creativity, confidence, and finding joy in the everyday.
