Week #12
Welcome to another edition of Traffic Jam Weekend with me and Michelle! If you visit Michelle’s blog, you probably noticed the Traffic Jam Weekend is appearing on a different blog. For quite some time now, Michelle has been producing three quite different blogs. She decided to close down Funky Fashion Style, her fashion blog. Traffic Jam is now on My Bijou Life. Other than that, there is no real change to the linkup!
We are gearing up for the Indy 500 this weekend. This will be our first experience of it being so close to the raceway. We are even closer to Lucas Oil Speedway and often hear the dragsters, late model racers, and the like roaring away! But, I’m curious about what it will be like as we are only 10 miles away!

It’s nice to meet you, too! I don’t actually go to the race. I don’t see the sense of watching a car go around and around for hours. I can appreciate how hard it must be to drive those cars, but I don’t want to watch! My oldest son has gone for several years now!

Oh, Penny, the roaring of the motors today was so loud. I was really surprised at that. I’m wondering what race day, itself, will be like.
