Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot!

Week 174!

This is going to be an abbreviated WTJR because I have to pack for my retreat this weekend, go through my presentation one more time, and several different errands. It’s going to be very warm and humid at the retreat. I hope I’m not too cranky! Anyway, it’s time for the Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot! I am always aiming for 9:30 pm EDT. So, on with the show, right?

As part of our new year reboot, we are now shining the spotlight on a different blogger each week. We invite you to stop by their blog, take a look around and say hello! This week, we spotlight RN from Innerdialects.

RN says, “This blog is written on the run, so if you find typos, you’ll know this was/ is my personal diary. I write because it is my way of appreciating life, people, and my nation. My nation inspires me in more ways than I can do justice to. ‘Innerdialects‘:  because I believe we all speak our very own language, or the same language when the need arises. If you have survived an illness, a storm, an unusual event in your life, you will agree. I have understood life so much better through the eyes of a friend. I have also seen life through the perspective of a person not a friend. I have gained insights through those who love. I have also learned through those who hate, those who are different, and those who are indifferent. Painting is so much easier: one is not as vulnerable. Words betray the way our heart went today, or that time we hit a new low. Or high. And I know vulnerability can be an indispensable vehicle if used to transport value. I write/ paint from Reality: and some things between. Glad you were here; I believe it takes an entire lifetime to discover that person within, and see Life as it really is. There will always be unanswered questions, till we see thru’ it all. Some of us write about the things that Silence us, make us curious, or angry, even afraid. I am fascinated by Christ, by people. I love people. If you have lived enough, there will be enough occasion for hate. But this is because human beings are priceless. They reveal to us that invisible world we would like to think does not exist.” You can visit her here, and please let her know we sent you!

Want to know more about us…

Marsha from Marsha in the Middle started blogging in 2021 as an exercise in increasing her neuroplasticity.  Oh, who are we kidding?  Marsha started blogging because she loves clothes, and she loves to talk or, in this case, write!

Lisa from Boondock Ramblings shares about the fiction she writes and reads, her faith, homeschooling, photography and more.

Cat from Cat’s Wire is a bookworm, movie fan, crazy cat lady, armed with beads, cabs, wire and a very jumpy brain which loves to go down rabbit holes!

Rena from Fine, Whatever writes about style, midlife, and the “fine whatever” moments that make life both meaningful and fun. Since 2015, she’s been celebrating creativity, confidence, and finding joy in the everyday.
